Webinars

Canature WaterGroup’s free webinar program began in 2019 to deliver education and training to customers, regardless of their location. Since then, more than 6,000 water treatment professionals across Canada have completed and enjoyed this comprehensive webinar training series.

Our expert trainers will help professionals become more confident in recommending the right water treatment solutions for their customers, build their water conditioning business and improve their bottom line.
At Canature WaterGroup, we understand the importance of continuing education. Professionals who successfully complete an initial webinar course are invited to continue their training with our Advanced or Pro Series webinars. Available by invitation only, these courses cover more advanced water treatment topics including commercial applications.

In-person Training Sessions

Commercial Industrial Engineering Division (CIED)
With decades of experience and a team of professionals, we are a leading provider of efficient, high-quality commercial water treatment systems.

The CIED team, in conjunction with the regional sales managers, provides both in-person, hands-on training and webinar-style sessions to our commercial customers. Whether participants are new to commercial water treatment or experienced and looking for continuing education, this training will take their commercial water treatment to the next level.

Residential Water Conditioning
Our team of sales managers offer in-person training opportunities for companies who are new to residential water treatment or to selling our products. Our experienced team will lead you through the basics of water treatment including how to size and select equipment for common water problems as well as offer you the opportunity to teardown a valve during the course. Professional Plumber Certification Program
Continued education is essential for water industry professionals to maintain their ability to offer high-quality service to customers.
